Angry Cats

That was the pose Immie had to perform at Gymnastics this morning - the Angry Cat. It involves arching of the back whilst on all fours. Immie is exceptionally good at this pose and adds on the facial expressions for free! She also walked on the high beam today pretty much on her own and had the biggest smile on her face as she jumped down. We've been doing gymnastics all year and it's great when she masters yet another skill.

Cooper had an exciting morning as well. A kinder excursion to the hospital! I was a bit disappointed I couldn't go this time, I've already been to the fire station and the marine discovery centre so I was hoping for the trifecta! The mother who was paired with Cooper and her little boy told me what a good boy he was but that she'd "never met another little boy who talked so much!" Yep, that's my boy! I'm surprised he didn't launch into song the entire bus trip.

McFeast's beginnings

My first ever blog post! It's terribly exciting and has brightened up my mundane Sunday rather well. I intend this blog to be mainly about myself and my kids, hence the title (my granddad's nickname for me as a child was McFeast and I suppose the kids are my nuggets - drawing a long bow there I know but hey, it's my blog, I'll do what I like!)
I've always liked the idea of a journal and have started many over the years. Ditto with scrapbooking etc. Hopefully I can draw it all together and create a bit of a record of mine and my kid's life.
This is me with my gorgeous two.
Hope to be back in here soon.
